How are your products delivered?

We use a third party delivery service provider and your orders will be hand delivered to the recipient's address.

How do I care for my Bloom Balloon?

Balloons do not get along well with heat and cold temperatures. We advise not to leave your balloon outdoors as the cold air will shrink the balloons and expand under the sun which will possibly make them POP!

Can you supply balloons for my events?

Do you deliver on weekends?

Only on Saturdays, Sundays we’re closed :(

How long do the balloons last?

Because of the materials they are made of, our 22” and 24” Bubble balloon float for approximately 1-1.5 weeks and have a record of 4 weeks!


Our Ecuadorian Bloom Box balloons last for approximately 5 days - 7 days, as we uses as fresh cut roses.


All of our balloons are best used on the day of delivery as balloons will deflate over time.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, provided it is not already out for delivery. Please contact us via email or cell ASAP if you need to change your delivery destination.

What areas do you cover?

We are currently only servicing Los Angeles and Orange County.

Do you do deliveries outside Los Angeles?

We currently only deliver to LA and Orange County. But fingers crossed we will be coming to a city near you soon!

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

We rarely have our Bloom Balloons damaged during transit as they are carefully transported to your destination. In the unfortunate event that our balloon arrives damaged, please contact us via email or cell and we will get a new balloon on your way ASAP.

I like your wedding balloon design, can I customize them for my birthday?

You most definitely can! Our balloons don't discriminate, just type your personalized message on the balloon design you like!

I don’t see a design I want :(

No worries, just fill up our bespoke form and we will try our best to bring your ideas to life!

Can I print my logo on my balloon?

Absolutely! Just send us a pdf version of your logo to our email at info@bloomballoons.com and we will get back to you.

Do you provide discounts if I purchase more than one balloon?

We currently do not have any offers going on for our balloons.
