How are your products delivered?
We offer local delivery services and FedEx shipping around California. Alternatively, you can visit our retail store in Beverly Hills to pickup your purchase yourselves!
What delivery options do you offer?
We have local delivery and FedEx shipping available around California. You can even opt for self pick-up at our retail store in Beverly Hills!
What areas do you cover?
We are currently only servicing within a 20 mile range around our retail store in Beverly Hills and around the whole of California through FedEx shipping.
Do you do deliveries outside Los Angeles?
We currently only deliver for 20 miles around our retail store and the whole of California through FedEx shipping. But, fingers crossed we will be coming to a city near you soon!
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, provided it is not already out for delivery. Please contact us via email or cell ASAP if you need to change your delivery destination.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Only on Saturdays, Sundays we’re closed :(
How long do the balloons last?
Because of the materials they are made of, our 22” and 24” Bubble balloon float for approximately 1-1.5 weeks and have a record of 4 weeks!
Our Ecuadorian Bloom Box balloons last for approximately 5 days - 7 days, as we uses as fresh cut roses.
All of our balloons are best used on the day of delivery as balloons will deflate over time.
How do I care for my Bloom Balloon?
Balloons do not get along well with heat and cold temperatures. We advise not to leave your balloon outdoors as the cold air will shrink the balloons and expand under the sun which will possibly make them POP!
As for our preserved roses, it is important to not water them or leave them in direct sunlight. We highly encourage you to keep them in a humidity-free, room temperature environment, and to avoid touching or handling them unless necessary as they are extremely delicate little things. If you find dust collected on them, gently brush them away with a soft dusting tool.
Can you supply balloons for my events?

What happens if my product arrives damaged?
We rarely have our Bloom Balloons damaged during transit as they are carefully transported to your destination. In the unfortunate event that our balloon arrives damaged, please contact us via email or cell and we will get a new balloon on your way ASAP.
I like your wedding balloon design, can I customize them for my birthday?
You most definitely can! Our balloons don't discriminate, just type your personalized message on the balloon design you like!
I don’t see a design I want :(
No worries, just fill up our bespoke form and we will try our best to bring your ideas to life!
Can I print my logo on my balloon?
Absolutely! Just send us a pdf version of your logo to our email at info@bloomballoons.com and we will get back to you.
Do you provide discounts if I purchase more than one balloon?
We currently do not have any offers going on for our balloons.
